Jumbo Size Kombucha SCOBY

XL Live Kombucha SCOBY + Strong Starter Tea | Thick, Healthy, Homestead-Grown Culture for Homemade Kombucha Brewing

Start brewing your own delicious, fizzy kombucha at home with our XL Live Kombucha SCOBY and Strong Starter Tea. Each SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) is thick, healthy, active, and carefully maintained to help you begin fermenting with confidence. Whether you're a first-time brewer or an experienced kombucha enthusiast, these larger SCOBYs provide a strong foundation for successful batches.

One of the biggest advantages of an XL SCOBY is its size and vigor. Larger SCOBYs offer increased microbial activity and surface area, helping establish a healthy fermentation environment more quickly than smaller cultures. This can contribute to a more efficient fermentation process and makes them well suited for larger brewing vessels, continuous brewing systems, and frequent kombucha production.

Our homestead-grown SCOBYs come with a generous amount of strong starter tea to help lower the pH of your brew and support a healthy fermentation from the very beginning. Use your kombucha as-is or experiment with endless flavor combinations including fruits, herbs, flowers, spices, and juices.

Making your own kombucha is a simple and affordable way to enjoy fresh, probiotic-rich beverages while saving money compared to purchasing store-bought kombucha regularly. With proper care, a healthy SCOBY can continue producing batch after batch, making home brewing both economical and rewarding.

🎁 Limited-Time Bonus: Every order currently includes one handmade breathable fermentation bonnet while supplies last. Designed to allow airflow while protecting your brew, it's a helpful addition for any kombucha brewer.

Bring the art of traditional fermentation into your kitchen and enjoy the satisfaction of crafting your own fresh, flavorful kombucha with our big, chunky XL SCOBYs and strong starter tea. Fresh, active, carefully cultivated, and ready to brew! 🍃
