At Schwab Family Farm, we respect your privacy and collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill customer orders, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Orders placed through third-party platforms (including  Etsy,  PayPal, or other payment processors) are subject to those platforms’ own privacy policies and security practices.

We do not send marketing emails or use third-party email marketing services such as  Mailchimp.

Customers may optionally create an account on our website to save their information for future use. Account information remains stored until the customer deletes their account. Once an account is deleted, associated personal information will be permanently removed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Order and transaction records may be retained for up to 3 years as required for tax, accounting, or legal recordkeeping. After that period, personal data is securely deleted when no longer needed.
